We are collecting data by asking you to rate spending through percentages. This report is an important and required component of this funding and helps us share the impact of our partnership with Walmart Canada and ensure its continued success.  

Please read each instruction carefully. Please provide the proper and full name of your food bank. Do not use abbreviations. 

For Salvation Army locations, please format the name of your food bank as follows, Salvation Army - Location, ex. Salvation Army - Woodstock
